When you polish a rare coin, it loses its value. The same happens with Good News From Iraq, unfortunately.
On its face the return of Iraqi refugees from Syria is Good News. DotcommonSense bursts the bubble with some shocking facts about Syrian treatment of these poor souls, with links from prolific Iraqi bloggers about the experience.
Sometimes it would be nice to be a wingnut again, just so I could feel now and then that things are looking up.
